Treatments

All treatments require an online consultation and a valid prescription from a licensed clinician. Not everyone qualifies.

SemaglutideCompounded, injectable

Compounded semaglutide

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist. It is taken as a once-weekly injection. Your clinician sets your starting dose and any dose changes.

Common side effects can include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and stomach pain. Do not use if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2, or if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. Your clinician will review your full history.

TirzepatideCompounded, injectable

Compounded tirzepatide

Tirzepatide acts on GLP-1 and GIP receptors. It is taken as a once-weekly injection. Your clinician sets your starting dose and any dose changes.

Common side effects can include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, decreased appetite and stomach pain. Do not use if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2, or if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. Your clinician will review your full history.

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient based on a prescription. Compounded medications are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are dispensed. Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are not the same as, and are not generic versions of, any FDA-approved brand-name medication. A prescription is only issued if a licensed clinician decides treatment is medically appropriate for you. Individual results vary.
