Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Marroway Brands LLC, doing business as Finley Meds ("Finley Meds," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use finleymeds.com and our services. Health information you provide for your care is also protected under HIPAA, as described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. If the two documents conflict for health information, the HIPAA Notice controls.

Information we collect

Information you give us: name, date of birth, contact details, shipping address, identity verification documents, health history, medications, photos you upload, and messages with the care team.

Payment information: processed by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.

Automatically collected information: device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

To provide and coordinate your care, including sharing your information with your clinician and the pharmacy that fills your prescription; to process payments and ship orders; to communicate with you about your account, orders and care; to operate, secure and improve the site; and to comply with law.

How we share information

With independent licensed clinicians in our provider network and with licensed pharmacies, for treatment and fulfillment.

With service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, payment processing, identity verification, shipping and customer support, under contracts that limit their use of your information. Where required, these providers sign business associate agreements.

When required by law, to protect safety, or in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your health information for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to run the site and understand how it is used. We do not use protected health information for advertising and we configure analytics to avoid collecting health information. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting in is not a condition of purchase.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is completely secure. We keep information as long as needed to provide services and as required by medical record and other laws.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements, by emailing privacy@finleymeds.com. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights, and we will not discriminate against you for using them.

Children

Our services are not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
