Where we ship

We ship to patients in 49 U.S. states. We do not serve or ship to California. Medication is shipped only to the state where you were located at your consultation.

Processing and delivery

After your clinician approves your prescription, our partner pharmacy, Rush Pharmacy, 1977 Alafaya Trail #1121, Oviedo, FL 32765, phone (407) 205-7336, rushpharmacy.com, typically ships within 2 business days. Temperature-sensitive medications may need 1 to 2 extra business days to process and are shipped in insulated packaging. The pharmacy does not ship on Fridays.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is included in your medication price unless stated otherwise at checkout.

When your package arrives

Refrigerate temperature-sensitive medication as soon as it arrives and follow the storage instructions on the label. If a package arrives damaged, warm or incorrect, do not use it. Contact us within 7 days at hello@finleymeds.com.
